We are seeking a reliable construction laborer to assist with residential construction projects. This position involves general labor tasks including site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled trades on-site.
We are seeking a reliable construction laborer to assist with residential construction projects. This position involves general labor tasks including site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled trades on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with job site setup and cleanup
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Support carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other trades as needed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Perform basic demolition, framing assistance, and general labor tasks
Requirements:
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Must be dependable and show up on time
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of tools is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ Experience in residential construction
- Familiarity with power tools
- OSHA certification is a plus
- Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred
