We are seeking a highly experienced, skilled, and detail-oriented construction professional to join our team.

This position is for someone who takes genuine pride in their workmanship and understands that quality is not optional. We are looking for an individual who notices the details others overlook, understands proper construction practices, and does the job correctly the first time.

Quality Control Is a Major Part of This Position:
We expect our construction professionals to inspect their own work and recognize when something needs to be corrected.
You should be the type of person who notices:
  • An out-of-level or out-of-plumb installation.
  • Incorrect measurements or layout.
  • Improper alignment.
  • Poor material installation.
  • Inconsistent finishes.
  • Structural or framing issues.
  • Work that does not match the plans.
  • Details that could create problems later in construction.

We don't want someone who waits for a supervisor to find mistakes. We want someone who finds them first.

Experience Across Multiple Construction Disciplines Preferred:
We strongly prefer candidates who have experience in multiple areas of construction, such as:
  • Framing.
  • Carpentry.
  • Concrete.
  • Formwork.
  • Rebar.
  • Masonry.
  • Drywall.
  • Roofing.
  • Doors & Windows.
  • Finish Work.
  • General Construction.

The ability to work across multiple stages of construction is highly valued.
