Skilled Construction Framer/Carpenter
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Skilled Construction Laborer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in wood framing, drywall installation and finishing, and basic masonry work, with the flexibility to assist in multiple phases of residential construction.

Responsibilities:
- Perform residential wood framing, including walls, ceilings, blocking, and structural components.
- Hang, tape, mud, sand, repair, and finish drywall.
- Perform masonry work as needed, including concrete block installation, mortar mixing, and minor concrete work.
- Read and follow construction drawings and supervisor instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Operate common hand tools and power tools safely.
- Assist with other construction tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of construction experience.
- Strong experience in framing and drywall.
- Masonry experience is required when needed on projects.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with residential renovations and new construction.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience operating construction equipment is a plus.
