We are looking for an experienced and dependable skilled construction worker to join our team on residential construction projects. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled work in areas such as framing, drywall, tile, cabinetry, and finish carpentry.
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and install materials accurately.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and local building codes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have own basic tools.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-end residential construction.
- Multi-trade skillset (framing, finish work, tile, etc.).
- OSHA certification.
- Ability to lead or train helpers.
- Spanish Speaking preferable.
